 Q - What's the purpose of this?
 A - There is a lot of misinformation about dealer servicing. Pricing, warranty questions, etc... I want to help make the trip to the dealer a better experience for everyone by providing some guidelines for you; our customer.

 A - Quite simply, I will be making some informative posts with the information that I have learned from over a decade of working in service departments of 5 different major brands. My hope is that this will help you in your journey for a positive visit to your dealer.

 A - Absolutely. I won't be able to answer them all, but I will try to get to the major ones.
